Job Title: Helpdesk Support Analyst
Location: Great Gransden, Cambridgeshire
This role will be dedicated to providing telephone helpdesk support to customers and will include a variety of responsibilities including, but not limited to:
- Assisting customers in their use of business software
- Gathering information about problems and logging call details
- Learning how to configure business software systems
- Creating training documentation for users
- Training users (both over the phone and in person)
- Testing software changes
The role will suit someone who has experience in business. We are looking for someone who enjoys helping others to use software effectively in their jobs. Some accounting knowledge would be preferable but is not a requirement. Experience in using or supporting business software would be helpful.
