Where do you like to do business?
Tonight we are entertaining Peter Dickinson, CEO of Greentree International and Harry Mowat, Managing Director of Greentree UK. We have decided to take them to The Black Horse in Ireland (Bedford), mainly to show Peter one of our favourite “English” pubs, where the food and the service have always impressed us.
Do you think a Pub is a good place to hold your meetings or do you prefer the board room or for a lot of people these days, its Costa Coffee or a local hotel open area. I think each of these has it place and limitations. I think its nice to know the people you are doing business with and as Peter has come so far (New Zealand), I believe its nice to make the most of our time with him.
We will of course, have a meeting at our offices before going to dinner. We can handle the “business talk” at this time and then dinner can be more relaxing and getting to know each other a bit better and even tell a few stories about our pasts.
If anyone has any questions or issues that they would like for me to raise with Peter and Harry, with regards to ERP systems, then I would be happy to hear from you.
No doubt we will cover our next event, marketing, training etc.., but I am interested in finding out more about the CEO of Greentree International. I hear he is a great cook and is also very keen on Rugby, I think its going to be a good evening and I will let you all know if the office meeting or the pub meeting was preferred. I think I already know the answer to that one, but please let me know what you think about where your meetings should be held and why!

The applicant will be part of a small dedicated team who aim to provide exceptional levels of customer service to our clients.
The applicant should have had practical business experience and a good working knowledge of business processes and best practice.
It is essential that the candidate has had experience in the project management and implementation of ERP or Financial software systems. Our software solutions cover:

By the way, I love their Apple Juice, its divine, but it never last long in my fridge, my daughter Holly loves it too and we seem to make it disappear very quickly indeed!
